Health and Safety

Employees and contractors working on LSR grounds are assured a safe, professional atmosphere during their time here. LSR has logged over 500 days and counting without an OSHA recordable or lost time incident. We regularly attend community safety meetings and perform health and safety audits. Safe operating procedures are taught and practiced throughout the facility. LSR employees are trained with safety in mind and an understanding that nothing we do is worth risking injury.

Wellness

Our employee assistance program (EAP) offers counseling, support and benefits to promote employee well-being. Annual flu shots, wellness exams, and hearing tests are provided by LSR. In addition LSR is a completely tobacco-free workplace. Employees are also sponsored and encouraged to participate in Marathons, Half-Marathons, 10 and 5 Ks. This past October saw the second consecutive year LSR sponsored employees and friends in the MS150, a 150 mile bike ride that helps raise money and awareness for Multiple Sclerosis.
